I recently saw a reel on Instagram about “the Chinese farmer”. The main premise in this reel was that whenever something happened, good or bad, and the village people commented on it the farmer went on the say ” who knows if it’s good or bad yet.” It goes on and on through so many different scenarios where at first seemed good or bad and ended up the other. However, the main point was that each situation led to the next, supposedly good or bad one. This process could go on forever, and that’s the point! Life moves on and continues to have good and bad situations. No one knows at the beginning if it’s good or bad. The Chinese farmer’s mentality is one, that when implemented, saves a lot of time stressing and worrying about your current situation. Who knows how it will turn out, almost anything is possible so why worry? Just keep pushing forward and focusing on what you can control at the moment. You’ll eventually transition into another issue or situation. Your current problems aren’t the ones you’ll have a year or 5 years from now. Life will keep changing and time will keep going. Just do your best with what you have and let the rest go. Gripping it close won’t help.
Thank you for visiting today. I know I haven’t posted in a while, but I plan on getting back into the habit. That being said, shorter posts like this one will probably be my go-to. I want to provide easy and simple information and discussions. And long, repetitive, pieces aren’t cooperative with that goal. Anyways, I hope you have a lovely day! Comment down below what topics you want to hear about in the future, or just to say hi.
